Shirt Order Form
ONE or TWO Sweatshirts or T-Shirts can be ordered here.
Dance Sweatshirts are $35. Santa Sweatshirts are $25 and Santa T-Shirts are $20. (For any shirt, add $2 if ordering size XXL or XXXL.)
(ALL TEES & SWEATSHIRTS WILL BE BLACK) SANTA TEE/SWEATSHIRTS ORDER DUE by November 21*, for a December 1* Delivery. Any order after November 21*, will have a later Delivery than December 19.
To place an order:
1) Use the form to enter your contact information .
2) Select the desired shirt or shirts information. Leave Shirt 2 fields empty if no second shirt desired.
3) Finally, use the Payment options to pay for the order.
